11 Days Rwanda and Uganda Wildlife Safari

The 11-day Rwanda and Uganda wildlife safari will take you to the magnificent wildlife grounds of the region. Your safari will start in Rwanda with a visit to Akagera National Park. Akagera National Park is the only savannah park in Rwanda and has a variety of wildlife including buffalo, leopards, and elephants. From here you will move to the mighty Volcanoes National Park where you will come face to face with the endangered mountain gorillas and golden monkeys. From Rwanda, you will head north to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda. Bwindi is a magnificent tropical rainforest and is the home of the endangered mountain gorillas. Here you will have the experience of a lifetime as you trek through the dense forest to come upon the gorillas in their natural habitat. The tour will finish in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Queen Elizabeth is situated on the Rift Valley and is home to a wide variety of wildlife including tree-climbing lions, elephants, and an abundance of birds. This safari will give you a great opportunity to capture the essence of wildlife in Uganda and Rwanda.

This tour is a private tour and an experienced local driver/guide will accompany you. He or she will be with you from the morning of Day 1 to the evening of Day 11. By travelling in a private tour vehicle, you will be able to enjoy your safari in greater comfort.
