Day 1: Arrival in Bujumbura
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a Fruits of Hope Adventure Tours company driver /guide who will transfer you to accommodation that has been booked for your dinner and staying overnight, take your time to relax and enjoy the evening at the lodge, take your time to relax or shop a few things that you may require to take on the remaining days dinner and staying overnight at

Day 2: Visit The Source Of The Nile and Rusizi National Park
Morning pickup from your hotel and transfer to Rusizi National Park, arriving in time to a boat cruise along the cruise expect to see birds of different species, hippos, crocodiles we will then drive to Burundi’s highest peak proceeding to the source of the Nile enjoy the magnificent views of the region, tea plantations, and en-route we will pass by the Gishora Drum Sanctuary for cultural experiences and performances returning for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 3: Gitega – Gishora Drum Sanctuary
Following a morning breakfast, we will visit the drum sanctuary in Gitega, the traditionalists will tell you stories about the drums, drum for you and perform to their traditional dances, it is home to 2 ritual grounds in the country they were never beaten of interrupted with unless there were chaos, have lunch and an afternoon transfer to the Gitega city it is the one of the large towns of Bujumbura, it is dotted with so much architecture and historical monuments later drive to Bujumbura for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 4: Kigwena Forest Reserve and Fishermen Villages
In the morning we will have breakfast and drive to the forest reserve for a guided nature walk, along the walk you will meet a primates like the black and white colobus monkeys, retailed monkeys, returning for lunch and the remaining day at the fishermen villages. It is an amazing place to meet the locals, learn on how they live their life as fisher men, after here we will return to the city for dinner and staying overnight at
