Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Bujumbura Burundi
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by Fruits of Hope Adventure Tours company representative who will transfer you to the hotel that has been booked for you, they will brief you on the following day’s events and if time allows, you will have a treat along the sandy beaches of Lake Tanganyika, returning as we drive through the outskirts of the city for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 2: Transfer to Rusizi National Park and Gishora Drum Sanctuary
Morning breakfast, after which we will transfer to the park for game drives, the drive to the bio-diverse ecosystem, there is a chance to see many birds of the park, and wildlife along the river Rusizi after which the park is named, while here there will be boat cruise to the point where the river joins the Lake Tanganyika you will visit the snake’s park, later which we will transfer to Gitega and transfer to the Gishora Drum Sanctuary, enjoy the traditional performance of the people of Burundi, dinner and staying overnight at
