Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer To Rusizi National Park
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our company representative who will meet greet and brief you on the day’s events, he / she will then transfer you to the Mwaro waterfalls an angelic destination known traditionally to have Burundi gods, and the ancient propel of the country used to go and worship their gods here, guided will tell you so much about the site, lunch will be had here and later drive back to Bujumbura for a relaxed afternoon or scenic tour in the nightlife of the city as we prepare for the following days events, dinner and staying overnight at

Day 2: Transfer to Rusizi National Park
Our guide/driver will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Rusizi National Park, the drive to the conservation area takes approximately 15Kilometers drive to arrive at the destination reaching in time for a boat cruise along the Rusizi river flowing along the floor of the park, expect to see several water animals like hippos, crocodiles and numerous bird species, we will reach to the point at which the beautiful river joins the Lake Tanganyika returning to have something to eat and proceed to the fishermen village, in the late evening if time allows we will relax by the sandy beaches and return to Bujumbura for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 3: Departure
Following a relaxed beautiful breakfast, you will be transferred to the international airport for your departure back home as you say goodbye to the country that has been home for some days.
