Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer To Rusizi National Park
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our company representative who will brief you about your days adventure, we will then take a half day tour in the Bujumbura City visiting the museum to experience the culture of the people of Burundi, national independence monument and an afternoon transfer to Rusizi National Park for boat cruise along the river Rusizi, expect to meet boat cruises upclose like the Nile crocodiles, antelopes of different species, returning for dinner and staying overnight at
Hotel du lac Tanganyika.
Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 2: Rusizi National Park and Departure
We will wake up to an early morning breakfast after which transfer to the park headquarters for game drives through the well distributed game tracks, expect to see morning risers like sitatunga, waterbucks, bush bucks to mention a few, returning to the lodge for checkout and transfer to the airport for your international flight back home.
